[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance WI-POD | |||||
This is with regard to the Reliance WI-pod number([protected]) I was holding. I applied for this through my office at Chennai(Siruseri) through a person named Raman ([protected]). I was using it for a while (maybe a week during that month billing cycle) but the speed was pathetic and the person(Raman) told he would replace the device but he never got me a replacement device and that person was replaced by another staff at my office. So, I have no clue of what happened to the device. That is when I requested to stop the service after experiencing such poor service. I have now lost my money on the device I paid and being asked to pay an amount for what I have never used at all?. This is unacceptable. When the rental bill amount was only some Rs1000/-, I'm being asked to pay Rs2451/- despite stopping the service. I have written to reliance a number of times asking them to stop the service and provide me details of the bill amount but have never got a response. There was once asking the details from reliance and I provided. There was also SMS message asking me to pay an amount of Rs2451/- to avoid legal action. I have also now paid that useless amount for which I never used the facility. I have lost my amount on the device and have also paid double the amount for the service I never used.
