I bought reliance wipod max for 2000rs 3 months ago. The plan is 999rs 40gb and for 2 months it was ok. Last month they said they are going to disconnect the 3G and going to completely change into 4G (which itself cost to 2700rs) so last i could use the modem and it was too slow but the bill amount is same 1148.50rs. I paid it last week. There they informed me that your plan is changed to 700rs 3gb plan. They never informed me through message or mail. I already consumed 5gb. They itself don't know much much the bill amount will come. I was very much dissatisfied with the services. If such thing goes along i will just disconnect the reliance services. Please provide a solution for my case. Such things cannot be tolerated. I already spend 4700rs for the modem itself. Please take some action or provide some explanations.
