[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance wipod device not functioning
I have purchased a Reliance WiFi dongle device on November 2016.The device costed me around 1500/- I was using it till last month eventhough the net quality was not so good. Now from 15th August onwards the device stoppef working and when I called the customer service executive they told me like they have stopped CDMA and and I have to purchase another device and for that I have to pay 2800 additional amount. On 15th August, without knowing this I have recharged for 797/-Rs for 28 days and as per customer service executive, this amount also will be lost if I upgrade the device. This s highly embarrassing and excruciating. Please help me to resolve this issue They have to repay my recharge amount at least. Regards, Jis Joy Was this information helpful?
