[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance wired broadband keep disconnecting | |||
Hi, I am using reliance broadband.For the past few months i keep getting the error "DNS not responding". Its so annoying sometimes it will resolve after few mins and most of time its takes hours. I made a complaint abt that and the customer service person told me that he will let the technical team to look it. But until today it didnt get it fixed. It frustrate me at times as its not reliable at all and sometimes it get disconnected in the middle of transaction. i will be great if someone fix this as its driving me up the wall. After some research i changed to static dns and fixed the issue.I hope that soon reliance extend it service to wireless router as its a very basic thing in this modern world. | |||

im getting this problem only when i connect it through my wireless router.I called the customer care and they said they dont have the(knowledge date base) resource to fix that and they purely support wired broadband only( i mean only LAN).My mobile number is same please call me on dat same number as the other day i couldnt pick ur call.
after an extensive search i changed the DNS to static one and fixed the issue
