[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance Wireless Internet - Misselling & miscommitment | |||||
At the time of taking the new wireless internet connection, I was told by the Rcomm officials that I will be given a guaranteed speed of 2mbps. My plans is REVBPRO3_20GB_999. Now, I am not getting the desired speed as guaranteed by the company. I am continuously calling up offical but he isnt addressing my query. Furthermore, at the time of taking the connection, he charged me 2400INR for the wi-fi dongle for which he said its entirely refundable upon surrendering the connection. Now I have paid the money but he isn't providing me the invoice for it. WHen I got in touch with the customer care, they said its non-refundable. I became a victim of misselling.
