[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Request to activate roaming pack was not captured and hence charged for incoming calls | |||
My mother uses the number [protected]. She was travelling from 2nd May 2015 to 22nd May 2015. I activated national roaming and called the customer care to activate the roaming pack of 75 (on 2nd May). They confirmed activation on phone but never activated it!!! However, when I receive the bill all the incoming calls are charged when on roaming. I called to deactivate the roaming pack on 22nd May. Rather they activated it now!!! On followup on the email, I only get the reply that the bill is correct and that roaming pack is applied in the next bill. Concern 1: Why was the roaming pack was not activated? Why is such activation not intimated through SMS/email or visible on the user account? Concern 2: Why was the pack activated when the request was to deactivate it? Was this information helpful? | |||
