[Resolved] Reliance Communications — SMS outgoing blocked.

SMS outgoing has been blocked. I am not able to even send a port request. I have been complaining from the past 5 days. Everyday I am told to wait till 2pm, nothing happens. Request nos: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected].

The issue was solved after a few calls to customer care. I asked for the superior, spoke to him and the issue got resolved in 3 days. Thank you.
