Reliance Communications — std calling card deactivated without information

Dear sir, I have been using Reliance std calling card for many years. But recently the service was cut abruptly without any information and I had few hundreds balance too in my std calling card account. Tried to call customer care and its not connecting properly and no proper response and avoiding my calls.
