[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Still receiving messages to pay bill after closure | |||||
My number is [protected]. After a lot of negotiation, I paid Rs. 800 as final settlement for closing the service. The amount was collected in person by a reliance representative. Still I'm receiving text messages to pay the bill. What kind of explanation is the reliance gonna give for such looting. I already paid Rs.800 without even using your service of 4G. Please look into this issue. Solve the issue please. I'm really frustrated. PS : If someone speaks from Reliance, Please speak in English or Tamil. I don't know Hindi.
