Reliance Communications — Stop internet without information | |||||
Hello, I have 2g netconnect dongle (cdma no:[protected]). but last 2 days they was stop internet. because of they have stopped their cdma service and asking consumer like me to purchase a new dongle for their gsm network and take any regular rental plan. but i have already paid 3 months advance payment for 2g internet. validity till 25th august. and balance is almost 8gb. but they have not give me internet connection because in my area they have stoped cdma service. They have not provide me any dongle for internet use. without information they have stop internet because of no internet i have lost my clients. Reliance have to give me a free dongle. because i have already invest in his company dongle. so why i extra money paid to another dongle. After some years reliance upgrade gsm and tell customers buy another dongle. it's not possible all of customers. it's cheating from reliance. Please give me what i get action to reliance.
