Reliance Communications — sudden stop of services

I have post paid connection no.[protected] since Saturday on 21.03.2015 my services on this was completely withdrawn without informing me. Since this no is the only no. i am using i am facing a lot of problem and can not communicate at all. i am losing a lot time and energy and metal disturbance because no body could contact me. i ve already lodge complain but my services has not been restored till today.
