[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — To complain about my previous complain id[protected] which still didn't get resolved

Dear Reliance Communications, I am writing to complain about my complaint id[protected]regarding my Rs.482 data pack wrong expiry date problem) which already got processed on 5 may 2015 but still I didn't get my data with proper expiry date back. Another complaint with complaint id - 2665136 was lodged on that date so that it can be resolved properly but still the same as usual, as if you don't want to pay any heed to any of my complaint. Though I received this message on 5 may 2015 - 'Dear Customer Your SR No.[protected] has been processed. Thank you for being with Reliance.' but still that same data balance is showing (attached screenshot as proof). So, is this message a joke to me? Due to this now, I am really fed up with you as so many days had passed but still I am without your internet even though I paid such a huge amount for your data pack. My reliance number is [protected] of kolkata. So, I please kindly request you to solve this matter in 1-2 days or else I am going to try every other option in this country to defame you everywhere and to get my money back as this amount (Rs.482) is really huge for me (as I am only a normal student) and also burn your sim in front of everybody. As you are such a big and trusted company so I hope to get favourable service from you and I may not regret my decision to buy data pack of such a huge amount from you. Thank you for consideration. Dear Reliance Communications,

I received a message yesterday that my complaint with id[protected] had been processed & also today a received a message related to the deduction but still I didn't get my data pack back even after more than 10 days. I guess I would never get it now, maybe because of any useless system fault of yours.


So, if that so then now I request you to refund my money back or else consumer forum will be my next option for sure. I am also attaching one screenshot of my Rs.482 recharge, which I did via paytm (as an evidence that I did the recharge successfully.) & also attaching a screenshot of my data balance. Thank you for consideration.
