My Reliance no is: [protected] I am not able to connect to the complaint no 198. The call to 198 was ended automatically when pressing 9 to speak customer care executive. And the new and very critical issue is, Whenever anybody called to my no, they are receiving the tone of " Currently services on this no are on hold". And I am not able to receive sms instantly.
