Reliance Communications — Unauthorised deduction of balance. | |||
On 19.11.2014, I have received an SMS on my Mobile No. [protected] stating" Amount Charged for VAS Shotformats GSM of Rs. 90/-. When I tried to contact Reliance Customer Care Executive No. *333, an Executive namely Sanjeev Kumar attended my call and stated that this service has been activated by me. and the refund of Rs.90/- cannot be refunded. Thereafter, I again call Customer Care and again the same person (Sanjeev Kumar) attended me and told that his system is not working. Hence, he could not resolve my problem and asked me to call after sometime. Thereafter, he deactivated the service of speaking to Customer Care executive. I would like to know whether this is the solution to deactivate/withdraw the service to speaking to customer care executive from his number. I would like to know as to how a VAS service can be activated to my number without my consent. For the past few months I have been keep charging money on account of activation of VAS. I have complained many times regarding this but still Company still charging me by activating unauthorized VAS. Lastly I managed to contact 198 by using other Reliance number and provided me Complaint ID[protected] with the assurance that my problem will get resolve within 12 Hours.
