[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unauthorised deduction of my amount from mobile | |||
Unauthorised deduction of Rs. 36 from my reliance GSM Mobile No. [protected] on 16.09.2015 at 11.55 PM. as VAS ADPAY. I did not use any service during surfing while there is no such any service is activated on my number. Customer care also did not reply accordingly and said that server is not responding. I got appellate authority number but no one is picking up call. TRAI should consider my complaint because lot of consumer are facing same problem in my others world its a type of scam. i have all evidence regarding it. Was this information helpful? | |||
