Further to reliance company disrupting CDMA service 4 months back, I have NOT on-boarded 4G. But this company has continued to generate bills for my CDMA. The company has STOPPED providing signals for CDMA but company has resorted to sending me bills every month.

The company of such repute has been continously harassing customers to pay bill against a CDMA data card for which the company itself stopped sending signals. Such behaviour should be termed as fraud. And courts should punish this company aggressively for cheating customers. Every time I requested the company to terminate my account it has been met with utter disrespect. The call centre executes say that company has rights to bill active account.Every month the company is harassing me with recurrent calls and messages that it will file a case against me in Lokadalat.

Also note, This month also I have fully paid the bill amount of 775 on Oct 20. Upon calling call centre. a termination request number provided by call centre representative is[protected].

Even still if your company resorts to fraudulent approach of generating bills. such un-ethical business conduct will be challenged in courts

Hi Team,

CDMA Card #[protected], Termination request provided by call centre[protected].

Even after formal termination request with Reliance Voice Support, Request reference #[protected], and even after openly published consumer complaint lodged online here, Reliance company is still continuing to harass by sending me bills even upon termination. This month also reliance company has emailed me on 17-Nov-2016 a bill amount Rs 245. PFA email snapshot.

Stop sending bills over terminated services. You can contact me on same number registered for CDMA Card #[protected]. Please stop this unethical business conduct.
