I activated Rs 37 gprs pack on 05/07/2014 which offered Free Facebook, Twiiter and Whatsapp for 30days.Upon the activation of the pack I realised my Main balance was being deducted and was reduced to Re.0.05.When i contacted the customer care an executive by the name Abhay Singh I was informed that since my Handset doesnt support disabling background data usage everytime i enable packet data balance from my main account will be deducted and being a customer it was my duty to know the terms and conditions before activating such plans.When i informed the customer care executive that no such conditions have been spelled out in the official site of the company from where i activated the said pack Abhay Singh informed me that such informations are not available on such website and such information is provided only upon specific enquiries being made by the customer.When i asked for a refund of my main balance so deducted as well as the net pack amount of Rs 37 he flatly refused such reversal and said its not possible for the executive to do so.When I wanted to lodge an official complaint against this issue he Informed me that complaints on this matter cannot be taken.Thus denying me the chance to lodge a complaint and have a docket number.He also curtly informed me that since i wanted the docket number for approaching a Consumer Forum I should have the knowledge that such docket numbers are not required.Such sort of attitude is totally unasked for.-------
