Reliance Communications — Unethical Employee behaviour | |||||
I would like to put up a complaint against Nilesh Shukla who works at Reliance Mobile Store, Near Raichura Circle, Chandavarkar Road, Borivali (W). The employees behaviour was of third grade and language was extremely derogatory. I had visited the store to replace my existing Sim card. The first time, I was provided a form along with the list of documents needed. When I returned to the store with the required documents, I was asked to get an NOC since I was getting a new sim card for my father and he wasn't available in person. Once again I returned to the store with documents requested so far. This time I was asked to get the originals of the documents along with my personal documents. Thus, I had to make two extra trips to the store because they would furnish me with incomplete information. This can be the ultimate test of any person's patience. When I confronted Nilesh for not specifying all the details at once, he started arguing and using foul language even though it was his fault. This keeps happening frequently with customers at this store and the people who suffer the most are senior citizens and illiterate people. I hope necessary action will be taken by Reliance Communications against Nilesh Shukla at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
