Your customer care office and your oulet officer are irrespocible for giving any reply to the customer, as per there knowledge they think every are the only one to know the telecommunication industries other customer dodn't know about services in telecommuinication industry.
I was given complaints yeterday night regarding my bill payment. clearly told your customer care officer i have not receive any mail confirmation or any sms confirmation about my monthly bill than i would have pay before the due date than to you bardding my network connection and outgoing and incomeing call facility, how can you do that?? if it is your mistake than you need to check 1st and give at list 24 hours while disconnecting the services.
Today morning i have paid my bill at dombivali gallary your officer told sir it will take 3 hours to activate this line. i said ok for me but make asap. after 4 hour still the service has not activate. such a irrespocible officer in your galary they ask me you need to wait another 4 hours. to active this. i know in service industry there is coman reply sir "there was systemm issue that is why the payment confirmation not updated in back office". todays senior i have lost faith in all the service provider why i m using your sim i realy don't know but defenetly i will take necessary step to take this issue with higher management.
Still waiting for the confirmtaion. your customer care and your galary people have reply plkease follow the griveances and give complaint but no one resolve customer compaliant. did you see your complaint resolve ratio as per the telecom industry is too loest.
I will make sure this issue i will take it forward to your senior people at list they also aware. wht is happen in there business.
