[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Vague Deduction and not delivered my money back | |||
Two issues: #1 I am using Reliance GSM SIM for past few years. Today, they have deducted RS 3 from my balance as VAS USSD charges. I have not activated any VAS on my number by checking “MYVAS” to 55333 even-though they are deducting the money If I haven’t subscribed any VAS services then why they are deducting money from my account? #2 Hi, I have not received any recharge on the date 4th July even though I have recharged with 197 rs.( internet data pack 3G) on 4th of July at 5:28 PM on Saturday. You have generated the receipt as well. Please help me to resolve this issue ASAP. Either refund my Rs or do the recharge. Looking for your revert. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||
