[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Validity of the Net Balance not Extended | |||
I have a received a message on my number[protected] on 2nd july' 2015. Message - " special 3g data offer, 10 days extra validity free. Rs. 84 recharge = 1 gb 3g data: for 20 days instead of normal 10 days, reliance. " I have done the recharge on the same day but got the net balance of 498. 07 mb valid till[protected] days validity) . After that i called at customer care, they told me that i will get the balance within 2 - 3 hours. But i have received the balance till[protected]. Everyday i am calling customer care to resolve the problem, but they all the time transfer their call to senior executive and the line gets disconnected daily and they are not doing anything. Yesterday i got the Net Balance after filing the complaint but the Validity of the net Balance is till[protected] which should be[protected].
