Reliance Communications — vas - waiver request | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, As usual I am registering my complaint again, As I am registering my complaint two time in a week on consumer forum, Even it’s a part of job now to raise a complaint to reliance Care for their fraud, yesterday again 30 Rs. Has been deducted for caller tune services, I just saw deduction sms today, Hence raising my complaint..!!! Every time some kind of VAS services gets activated and money gets deduct, And it’s a routine, Reliance has world worse telecommunication services. There was a time we were using 15 numbers of reliance along with two landlines, Now we are using one number, all we have transferred into other operators… This is my number – [protected] (Getting used by my mother) is 300 rs black and white phone, she is no use of phone other then receiving and making calls, then why every time without our concern VAS services gets activated… Please register my complaint and please return our deducted money back, and block our number for every VAS service please, We don’t want any VAS services on this number please….Please I need my money back now. Again I am requesting please register this number is VAS Service block Portal, I don’t want any VAS services again on this number. !!! Number is – [protected], Please confirm back…..!!!
