[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Very poor data service provided | |||||
I had been using Reliance pro 3 data card from the past 7months but from the second month the data has dropped drastically from 7mbps to 10kbps. Have raised a complaint through mobile email but no response from the customer care n concerned reliance store. To rectify the issue they are asking to continue the service for the next three months when they can't rectify the the problem from the past four months why they are making false promises in giving good connection. I had paid unnecessarily an amount of ₹1135 every month and paid an amount on 23.10.2015 worth ₹1836. Was this information helpful? | |||||
