Reliance Communications — Very poor signal issues on my netconnect data card | |||
Getting very poor signal or sometimes no signal at all on my netconnect+ dongle. Facing this problem since 4 weeks. I was using the same dongle for almost more than 4 years at same location and it worked good until the issue came. Customer care number is always unreachable, reliance customer care portal(Manage services website) is not working for submitting a service request. Also the live chat with customer care always gets error after submitting the complaint. So i emailed to customer care email id, they acknowledged me after 1 week but asked me to try with different settings, uninstall and re-install software etc. I tried all those but still signal dint improve. I replied them and until today no response from them. My reliance [protected] number was blocked for more than 49 character sms. I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with trai. Actually i did not do any kind of marketing. Every i will send messages to my friends and relatives only. Without my knowledge they blocked. How to un block? Dear Madhu,

Hello Reliance. I dont understand when you are making call to me. I did not recieve any call or missed call alert on my phone. My phone was always ON and reachable. I also had missed call alert if i miss any call due to network unavailability.
