Dear Concern,

Thanks for your mail and request you not to break the chain of messages which has been going from Sep'15. Again thanks as am not ready to use the service and what every i paid if its refundable be good else your choice.

Currently am using Netconnect+ 938****** for the past five years which also i may surrender after billing cycle. As i though Reliance is friendly and customer oriented company but its all changed and the way of behavior from your associates is not tolerated . I was a genuine customer for Reliance netconnect and Digital TV but now am not at all interested to continue the same.

Once again thanks and no need to activate 938******.

I will ensure this mail reach to your top authorities soon and in consumer forum.

Note: Till date i have not got any call from your HD or tech team regarding my issues and this show how you people are customer oriented.

Thanks for replying to my mail atleast some one have courtesy to address the issue. Please find the below details as requested.


Reliance number : 93*********

Customer Application Form (CAF) number: Not given as the dongle bought through third part vendor. I have submitted my driving license, Pan card and Photo

Exact nature of issue: Bought the instrument thinking of speed but its not at all running in the promised speed and my phone data is faster than the same. I have Netconnect+ and using the same for past 05 years. I dont have any complaint with the same and network also good. But with this instrument am not getting the desired speed or wifi working properly. My first complaint raised on 29th Sep'15 and all the communications are given below. I have not used the dongle after that as i wants this issue to be resolved and need promise on speed.
