[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Worst Data Speed on CDMA Network | |||
Myself Rajesh Bhanushali & I am from Dhule (Maharashtra) I have given slow Data speed complaints so many times But every time NO SOLUTION and Service Request is closed.. This is worst Service Provider I have attached to.. Complain Details as below SR Request Date [protected]/06/2015 [protected]/07/2015 [protected]/07/2015 [protected] /[protected]/08/2015 and many more i dont even remember I have given Complain for WI-POD (Gave it for free to my friend due to this SLOW SPEED network problem only in my area) & Also have given Complain for RUIM no. [protected] You Reliance guys can punch no. and can check how many times i have given complain but instead of getting my Problem Solved it got worst now I hardly get Speed of 128kb ..were as Company Claims to provide speed on 14.7 Mbps speed...LOL fooling customers Reliance Guys you can Call me on my alternate no. They never even try to reach customer, they just get paid for doing nothing

Am not asking you to provide me the speed of 14.7MBPS am just asking you guys to provide 3.1mbps speed which i was already getting 2 months ago with proper indoor coverage
from last 2 months am continuously saying that previously i was getting speed but from now Speed has gone worst and even EVDO single BARS have gone weaker. and even Network fluctuation has increased
this problem is only with BTS (Tower) from which am getting Network i kindly request to ask your network engineer to visit this BTS and check it

Sir if you read my complete complain i have mention that i Have given many complains but i never get call from your concern department with solution they just close the complaints (just like they said to you that i was not reachable) an when i ask they say that go to settings do this do that and your problem is solved ...STUPID SOLUTION
About your Network Optimization
I have always said in my Complain that Some times I do get Very Good Speed (near about 800kbps to 1mbps) but within a minutes or 2 ... it again goings to 64kbps - 128kbps or even on 0kbps
were as 1-2 months ago i use to get awesome speed this means that there is some problem with BTS ( Tower ) of which am getting network and even now i have started getting frequently fluctuations in network bars
Am not asking you to provide me PRO3 Speed of 14.7MBPS but would request to atleast provide me 3.1 mbps speed which i was receiving previously for now
