Reliance Communications — Wrong balance deduction for using whatsapp

Address:Durg, Chhattisgarh

On 12 january 2014, i activated whatsapp pack for rs 16/30 days. Since then my main account balance is deducting for using whatsapp. Now my balance got 0 from 10 rs. I ask Rcom care to give me solution to this problem so that i can use whatsapp withou any balance deduction or give a refund of rs 16.
