Reliance Communications — wrong bill and no netconnect+ terminations for continously 3 months

I would like to state I am Rahul Singh with reliance netconnect+ number [protected] that due to zero signal problem in my area for continuously 4 months from September 2014 October 2014, November 2014 and December 2014, I was unable to open any website so i constantly registering the complain to customer care, as follows 1) that there is no signal coming or zero signal problem in my area from September 2014, I was not able to work on internet, so whole my money gone wastage in giving bills to reliance as I am not able to open the website but the reliance company charges the whole rental money whether I got any signal or not, so for that I several times called at customer care but nothing was done in this regard. 2) On Sep 17, service request no.[protected] spoke to Anil from reliance regarding zero signal problem in my area, they assured to me solve the problem gave service request no.[protected], but i did not get my problem solved and just paying the bill for no internet work.but problem remains as such. 3)On Nov 4, call to customer care and talked to Subhash from reliance regarding zero signal problem in my area, they assured to me solve the problem, but i did not get my problem solved and just paying the bill for no internet work. But problem remains as such. 4)On Nov 6, call to customer care and talked to Uttam from reliance regarding zero signal problem in my area, they assured to me solve the problem, but i did not get my problem solved and just paying the bill for no internet work. problem remains as such. 5)On Nov 15, service request no. –[protected], call to customer care and talked to Subhash from reliance regarding zero signal problem in my area and I said to them I will terminate my connection if my problem is not solved, they assured to me solve the problem gave service request no. –[protected] and wait for sometime.but i did not get my problem solved and just paying the bill for no internet work. problem remains as such. 6)On Nov 18, service request no.[protected] spoke to pompi from reliance regarding termination of service but she pressed to wait for some more time and assured to me solve the problem gave service request no.[protected] and asked me to wait for sometime, but i did not get my problem solved and just paying the bill for no internet work.problem remains as such. 7)so finally on December 6, 2014, I called the customer care service request no.[protected] and asked them to completely terminate my connection, and they said to me that my connection will be completely terminated in 15 day that is, it will be completely terminated on 21 dec 2014. service request no.[protected]. 8)So I called on December 10, talked to reliance customer care shyam from reliance to very my termination, then they again said that your connection will be permanently terminated till 21 December 2014. But it is not terminated till now. 9) and also I did not got any call regarding asking for termination of my netconnect+ from reliance company, I 10) I was completely shocked when on 21 feb 2015, I got the bill statement, which states that I have bill of Rs 37 from the duration of 18/1/15 to 17/2/15. and they have put my connection on retain and not terminated for making money 11) so I called on customer care on 22 February 2015, regarding wrong bill, and termination, then they replied to me that my connection was not terminated, It was in retain position. Then I asked them to terminate the due connection and waiver of bills then they said they will do and give me two service request number[protected] and[protected]. 12) sir please tell me when I asked them to terminate my connection on 6 dec 2014, then why they did not terminated till 21 December, with whose permission they took me in retain position 13)sir I have not uses any single bits( 0 MB) during this period and verified by customer care then why my bill of Rs 37 has come .Also the customer care has confirmed this of zero memory space by seeing in their computer, when for what I should pay Rs 37, and why they have not terminated my connection from 6 dec 2014. And sending the bills to the customer this is not a good way to deal with the customer. 14)on 1 March 2015, , call to customer care, talked to debashis from reliance then they again said that my connection is not terminated yet.and now they are telling me that my till now bill generated is Rs 246.Sir I have not used any space(0 (zero)MB) used as told by customer care Debashis from reliance., then how bill of Rs 246 is generated, 15)why this is happening in such a big company like reliance such an activity, it has some credibility so why wrong bill to customer and no termination despite repeating calling to them. 16)Sir I want that my connection to be terminated and my bill of Rs 37 and Rs 246 to be completely waive off as I have not used single memory space, and applied for termination of netconnect+ on 6 December 2014.
