Reliance Communications — wrong information and rude behavior | |||
Dear sir, my mobile number is [protected] and I'm from Ranchi Jharkhand. i got a message today in my mobile Which is mentioned . "RM-615133: Unltd Reliance Local calls wo bhi Matr Rs.9 mein pack ko apnane ke liye Dial *129*3#, Validity 1 Day.RGSM" at 10.03 Am date[protected] And when i did the recharge Rs 9 was detected from my main balance and i got a message from the company that "52811: RC of Rs 9 successful, Enjoy 60 local reliance to reliance minute . Valid for today." at 9:20 pm I called customer care for this.customer care executive name was Manish vishwakrama who talked to m . He said me that here unlimited means only for one hour. When i wanted to talk to senior authority he said that that he can't transfer the call and he also used abusive words. just after two minutes I time but then after they are telling me that ther was no msg send from the company to Me. When i told them about the previous customer behavior they asked me about the name of that and I told his name but after a while they are telling me that there was no customer care name Manish. Sir, so I request you to take a serious action against them for misbehaving and for the wrong information. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
