Reliance Communications — Wrong information given for data plan from customer care & made huge unbilled amount | |||
Dear sir/madam, My reliance data card no. is [protected], i am customer of reliance cdma net connect service from 22 august 2015, with unlimited uses internet plan (arp plan for 1 year). I received call from reliance stating cdma service is going to close & all are customers are migrated to 4g service with same plane. i also received 4g sim for the same. to confirm it again i called to reliance customer care[protected] & again i was informed that my plan will be same. so i migrated to 4g on 18 june 2016 & ordered 4g wi-pod, i received that on 19 july 2016. after that i start using 4g internet thinking that i am having "unlimited uses internet plan" as informed by customer care. On 21 july 2016 with a great surprise i came to know that my current plan is not a unlimited uses internet plan, it is 5gb internet plan & over 5gb uses i will be charged (already charged heavily & made huge unbilled amount). immediately i stopped using the services also called reliance customer care[protected], register a complaint about this fraud (complaint no.[protected]. that time i was informed that my complaint will be resolved in next 72 hours & same will be informed me by message or call. But till now i did not get any message or call from reliance regarding this. Please help me on this & wive off my unbilled amount as reliance customer care provide me wrong & misguiding information about my plan on 4g.
