[Resolved] Reliance — Connection termination not possible | |||||
Dear sir, My datacard number is [protected]. My data card pro 3 is not working since from 13th April 2016. The internet is not at working . I have called Reliance customer many times for my connectivity issue but still not yet resolved. here the complaint ticket created. [protected] [protected] Till now, nobody concern my issue. So I requested to terminate the connection. they not even taking my cancelling request.Now I do not want the Reliance pro 3 wifi connection.Kindly help me to take a termination of my connection as they have not responded. My issue still opened, I am unable to disconnect Reliance Pro3 connection.Customer care are not taking of termination request.
