Reliance Digital — AC remote not delivered with product. | |||
I purchased Hitachi split AC 1 ton on 24 feb 2015 from reliance digital jabalpur. During opening up the product during installation Ac remote was not found and complaint is made by enggineer to reliance digital. On asking for remote sales person send local remote to us which is not working. im not able to run my Ac since purchase. i made repeated complaints buy there is no one to listen. sales person name are ajay and jitendra sahu. my contact number is [protected]. nothing has been done till date...they dont provide hitachi ac remote.
atleast they can provide other remote control so i can use my ac.
