Hi, I had been to Reliance Digital @ Vijaynagar, Bangalore to purchase HTC mobile. I have interacted with one of your supervisor Mr Rudresh on 30/06/2015. After seeing HTC price I told him that this price is little bit on higher side and immediately his response was like this " if you get lesser price, you buy there only, why did you come here " I got shocked after hearing this and I was never expected this kind of answer from your team. If you do not take necessary action you may loose customers and it will affect your business very badly Was this information helpful? | |||
