Reliance Digital — BIG TV NOT WORKING FOR THE LAST ONE WEEK | |||
The services are not through during the first fortnight of Jan, 2015 and all of a sudden since the beginning of last week the services are stopped and nothing is appearing. This may be due to LNV malfunctioning or something like that. May I request you to please intervene in the matter and set right the services of my BIG TV having Smart Card No.[protected]. Please be informed that this BIG TV has been recharged about a fortnight back, that is not a problem. An early action is solicited. Regards, K.V. Bose speaker not delivered
