[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Complaint: horrible customer service (earphones stop working after one day) | |||
I bought skullcandy earphones from reliance digital store in sector 9, panchkula, haryana, india. I used it just for a day (Purchased on may 16, 2016 and complained on may 19, 2016) and immediately one head stopped working. I contacted reliance digital and met - mr. Kunish anand (Store manager) and satbeer (Receptionist) 3 times in person but there was no satisfactory response from their side. One side of earphone is not working and there has been no replacement or refund yet. They have just been putting blame on the company, saying that earphones work fine on some devices and not on others. I paid 800 bucks for this stuff and can neither enjoy the product, nor did i get any support for it. I need an immediate replacement for my earphones. Please respond asap to this mail.
