[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Fake Promises, misguiding public and rude response from the executives | |||
I Brght a 40 inch LED TV ( Worth 65000, Cash payment) from Reliance Digital Attapur on Dec 21 2013. The executives promised me the delivery of the good on 22nd ( after the payment) saying that, they dont have stock of the product.But to sadly, it was delivered to me on 31st Dec 2013 only after i have been calling them, fighting with them day after day. They have even promised me a Skype cam, as a add on for the good. But i did not receive the good till now ...Can any help me how to lodge a compliant in consumer court.
