I am Unable to get help from anywhere. No phones are answered . Purchased jiofi router on 15th Sept 2016 from Reliance DX mini JNV Colony, bikaner. Product details tech support id:60221760 EAN :[protected] IMEI:[protected] reg no:[protected] sim card details: barcode:[protected] Not received any communication for activation and didn't get the tele verification message. If it takes so long to activate, why you are selling saying it will be activated in 2 days? We are in information age and you are a digital company. Try to respect time. . Do not understand whether you are adequately staffed. I have been using BSNL Broadband. After getting JioFi router I made a request in Bsnl customer service center to disconnect the Broadband Please DO activate at the earliest.
