[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Late sim activation and rudness | |||
Hi, [protected] i bought jio sim which is not activated till date and after calling store manager aneesh of digital xpress mini, ground floor, near vodafone, mohammed basheer road, sm street, kozhikode 673001, kerala on[protected] he told there is lot of pendings are there however it'll activate today i said okay and i hang up the phone. Same day evening i tried to call them they have to turn off the phone. They i went to their off at 8 o'clock and talk to aneesh store manager who took my proof. He told however he'll active tomorrow i said okay. Today[protected] i wait at 12:30 and i went to their office there is some other guy how is doing some paper work he is talking harshly and i waited for aneesh he came and told he'll active sim today and told take his mobile number. I said okay and take his number and i left the store after that i called him he barred his call to busy and they are not attending store phone and 2 days i was going to that store and he is lying to me Was this information helpful? | |||

I am trying to get install my reliance digital TV at new place but not getting any response from customer care of reliance. They told 48 hours but now its 10 days over. Need some senior to call me as customer care executive told that we usually do late service but nobody complain as if they are running LALA ki dukan.
