[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Latop warrranty | |||
Dear Sir, Laptop detail Inspiron 3542 Service Tag: 9Z2R232 | Express Service Code: [protected] CIN NO. - U01100MH1999PLC120563 SalesManID#: 60137166 Please help in this regards as i have purchase dell laptop on 10.02.2015 with one year warranty(damage) from Reliance digital but dell has mentioned that their warranty is complete on 19.01.2016. I will under stand one thing that this is automatically updated from reliance digital as it is before 1 year but after expiry of warranty(Damage) before 1 year (as per dell instruction) i have to inform & follow this by email and phone by reliance digital customer care . first email i was send on 26.01.2016 but still no response . when i was call their service center they said you will get by 07.02.2016. again when on 02.02.2016 nothing is received i was called they said you will get updated warranty by 06.02.2016. on 09.02.2016 they are still saying your warranty will get updated but today's status is nothing happen also when i call them there service center not pickup phone or reply call of customer. Problem with Laptop - battery & battery charger not working which mentioned already mentioned in email to reliance digital. Dell has said that they will help once warranty is updated Please note that dell has consider warranty for reliance digital purchase date from dell company but as per consumer act date will be consider based on consumer purchase date not retails purchase date. Also note that I have taken 2years extended warranty for parts from reliance but not damage warranty so reliance digital is playing wit customer Can you help me in this regards Regards Surya prakash Was this information helpful? | |||
