I have bought LG spilt AC from reliance digital during April 2014. At that time, they sold me ResQ plan from reliance assuring best of the service. My AC started giving problem since last 4 days. I have registered complaint for that on Saturday 11th July'2015. They said that within 24 to 48 hours technician will visit. Till now (4 days gone), no one has turned up and call centers folks keep saying that your service has been assigned and some one will come. It has been really a mental torture to call them and keep waiting (they put you on hold), getting false promises. Reliance digital has not kept its promised service level of rectifying within 24 to 48 hours.
