Reliance Digital — Reliance Digital - Very poor after sales service | |||
I have purchased PANASONIC semi-automatic machine from Reliance Digital - Phoenix Mall, Kurla (W) on 2nd August, 2015. While the machine is in use, the LINT FILTER comes out of socket. On complaining about the same on their customer care no., a technician was sent for inspection. Upon inspection, he said that it is a manufacturing defect and that the LINT FILTER will be replaced. 15 days have passed since then, but no replacement has been done. We have called up their customer care no. a number of times, but in vain. Every time we are just given the assurance that it will be done tomorrow. But tomorrow never comes.
