[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Reliance jio after 17 days jio sim is not active but receive the order number

My jio number is [protected] and order number is no0000068o3u received on 4th september 2016 but still jio number is not activated. Jio is not getting any signal of network also.
But when i am visiting reliance digital express mini wave city center, noida from where i get the reliance jio sim card on 4th of august 2016 and ask them for current status of my jio number they refuse to provide me any information regarding this.
My alternate number is [protected]. I have submitted all the required document like adhaar card and photo at reliance digital express mini wave city center, noida

19 days has already passed . Only i got the reference number[protected] thats all. No action is taken. Also I have contacted the JIO care by E-mail. Is it that a huge process, that is taking 19 days( how many days it will take still unknown, to activate a single SIM)

My Jio no. is [protected] and my alternate no. is [protected].I am from surat. i have purchased the wifi router and have completed the documentation process. but i can't go through tele verification as the network is always busy or out of reach. please do the needful.
