Hi,

This is to highlight the absolutely unprofessional and unethical mod-us operand i of reliance jio as a company. The company is all talks no action with no importance to customer issues and concerns.

They have all the money to market their product, however once sold there is no accountability from their end.

I purchased a wifi reliance jio dongle as on 24th sep 2016 and at the time of purchase was told that the services would be operational within a span of 2 hrs minimum or 2 days at best. However so far till date this dongle is serving my purpose as paper weight and nothing more as it is still not operational.

Having called the pathetic customer service who are more than happy to say sorry to you for the issues, i was given a complaint number (Complaint #[protected] to chew my brains for the time being. It seemed to me that they were well versed with the whole procedure of raising complaint as i assume that day in day out they must have been only receiving complaints.

It is honestly a very hopeless situation here in india, wherein big companies take the customer for granted and at the end of the day make money by making a fool of the customer.

I hope some strung and punitive action is taken to get the company accountable for its products.
