[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Samsung LED 24 Inch TV | |||
I bought 24 Inch Samsung LED TV at Tirupati Reliance Mart on 04 Sep 2014 two years warranty with triple protection. My TV had problem on 25 Sep 15 and I went to Reliance for the same. They said complaint to be registered with Samsung. Samsung CC said the Complain to be registered with Reliance and they gave Mob No. of one o[censored]r employees named Bhaskar, [protected]. I lodged complain on 30 Sep 15. after two days nobody came. Then I call Mr. Bhaskar then he sent your service engineers and take the photo copy of the Warranty Card and Bill, and Mr. Bhaskar told me that my complaint will be solved with in one day. I talk to ur many executives many times. which i can't be elaborate now. Till now problem is not rectified. Was this information helpful? | |||
