Dear customer care, I had bought panasonic led tv 32" by last year, i have extra warranty resq. I had called up to your customer care from last 20. 4. 16, but i didn't received any call from your service center for fulfill my querys. I am waiting for technicians from 20. 4. 16. Your customer care executives are daily provide wrong information during call & they are not listen full complaint. If you donot able to fulfill customers query then why you had register for resq to customers...??? Was this information helpful? | |||
