[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Sony Xperia expires in an hour | |||
I bought a Sony Xperia C5502 on 15 Feb., 2014 at 8:00 PM from Reliance Digital, Brookfield, Coimbatore. The phone stopped working at 9:00 PM, since the store was not open in the night, I handed over the set to Reliance stores at 11:00 AM on 16 Feb., 2014. The concerned took all the papers, box, accessories & phone & promised to repair & hand it over on 17 Feb., 2014. The whole day I have been tracking & there is no answer yet from the Reliance team. Above all the concerned staff is busy arguing to prove their point that it's my fault. Yes, it's my fault, why did I purchase it from Reliance stores ? The road side vendor would have given a better service than a corporate house like Reliance. 1. Why should I accept a repair product within hours of breakdown? 2. Why did I invest thousand of Rupees, if I have to wait to get my mobile ? Are we in a primitaive age ? 3. How are such rude Managers (e.g. a lady Manager) appointed as cutomer service executives ?
