[Resolved] Reliance Digital Tv — complaint against Reliance Big TV customer service. | |
Dear sir/madam,
My name is Brijesh Kumar sharma . I have been using the services of
your Reliance Digital TV[protected]. I submit a Complaint before
one weel Since then I am facing Lots of problems in watching
television, as the services are not available. I called the customer
care department, but the response was shocking for me as they told me
that there is no Error.
This experience is really pathetic with a brand name such as
Reliance.So your are requested to pl. resolve my reliance big TV
Problem.and one more thing i will have to explain to you that its very
poor service getting from reliance big TV support team.
I would really appreciate if the company takes some concrete action.
If the Problem is not resolved in Next some days after this complaint
i am bound to take legal action against your company like consumer
forum.
