Reliance Energy — Excessive billing of Rs.28930

This is with respect to my reliance energy bill of Rs 28930 for single month of august This is for one BHK which ideally should be between 800 to 1000 but instead they pasted a big amount which no one can bare To this i have also filed complaint and mailed with reliance but since 3 days i have not got any reply on the top on visiting cuatomer care they said they are helpless till technichian visits I am looking to file RTI application I expect help on issue Akshay R Bhavsar [protected]
