Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that till now i did not got any information for the same what is my bill amount because today's is my bill due date. I called your given phone number which is [protected] their is no one to answer my call so i called toll free number i spoke to one agent for the same she told that the bill is same which is 4670 i said that their was meter problem as per your officer which came to check the meter agent told that she will take my complaint but the call was disconnect i don't know whether it was network problem or your agent disconnect the line i again called the number [protected] were i spoke to guy name vasant he told that the bill amount is same i told him that your officer told that their is problem in meter and the bill amount was incorrect but he is not ready to listen and told me that if i check from last six months the bill units was 59, 7, 18, 52 units which was incorrect that's why this month bill amount is correct so i told him that means first you will give less amount of bill and all of sudden you will give high amount bill then he assked me if i have the refrigerator i said yes so he told me that the refrigerator each months it will consume 70 units so i informed him that it is 5 star rated refrigerator which is 245 unit per year so i asked him that i can sue the LG company saying that my energy company is tell it is not correct so he told that their are many thing that we have to look like electricity wire and all i said that your officer confirmed that the meter was faulty so he said that on the meter their was black dots which does not show the reading it means your employee are not profession in their work they took the meter reading on random basis it is not accurate so he asked me to come to the office and said in Hindi ''kay aap office aao hum kuch adjustment kar tey hai'' it also show that your employee is bargaining for the bill amount.
I want you to look into this and provide me the solution I'm not going to make the payment of this bill because your confirmed that their was meter problem also I'm not going to make the late payment due for this bill because the due date is today's date.I'm going make lodge a complaint to consumer court for the same and last but not least please hire the employee who are professional at their work.If you will not give me the solution for the same then I'll switch to TATA powers.
