Reliance Energy — Organized looting scheme - no meter readings for 6 months | |||||
This is with reference to the Account no.[protected] Book No. 433 Cycle: 14 Zone: East Meter no. 5382599. I have highlighted the issue of no meter reading taken for the past few months... I have attached bills from Sep'15 to Jan '16 showing the same in the Important message column and always there has been a approximation o[censored]nits. On 1st Dec 2015, I had taken a photograph (Attached) of the above mentioned meter with the meter reading "28377" but again I received the December 2015 Bill with an estimated units of "29013". WHY AM I PAYING FOR THE UNITS I HAVE NOT USED IN ADVANCE TO RELIANCE? On the same day, 1st Dec '2015, I had also complaint to check the meter and I had recieved the below mentioned replies on 3rd & 5th December 2015 respectively *************************** Dear Customer, Warm greetings from Reliance Energy. Thank you for writing to us. Regards, Customer Service Reliance Energy. ********************** Even today there is no change in meter nor any update on the replacement order mentioned. This seems to be some kind of a organized looting of customers without taking meter reading asking for additional money based on approximate average billing.
